Makeup :: Catrice, Photo Finish Foundation

I was very curious about new Catrice Photo Finish foundation but I thought it would be much too dark for my extremely pale complexion. I always have the same problem with foundations: either they are too dark or they oxidize and get darker. When I saw the elegant glass bottle of Photo Finish I decided to give it a go because shade 010 Sand Beige seemed to be quite light and there were no testers. When I squeezed a bit on my hand at home I was terrified by how dark it was but it blended perfectly and became invisible.

It really is a moisturizing foundation, it gives dewy finish which is good for me as I don't like mat on my face. There are no sparkly particles in it but it gives a very natural glow. Coverage is light - if you need more coverage mix it with a heavier foundation, I used Revlon PhotoReady or Revlon ColorStay and the effect was great. This trick also makes the foundation last longer. It doesn't make the skin look perfect mainly because of the light coverage but it makes the skin look really nice and natural. The formula is weird -mousse-like and kind of greassy even though it's an oil-free product. It blends very well, the packaging has a pomp. The only thing that I don't really like about this foundation is the scent - unpleasant for me, too intensive. Really good value for money.
"For a perfect, retouched complexion: the Photo Finish Liquid Foundation 18h with a “Soft Focus Effect”. Thanks to light-reflecting pigments, it makes your complexion look smooth and radiant for up to 18 hours! The oil-free formula feels pleasantly light on your skin. Available in five shades with a medium coverage, it comes in a high-quality, frosted glass bottle with a practical pump dispenser." 1. Poszukiwania czegoś lżejszego i ciut ciemniejszego niż 150 buff zacznę wkrótce, myślę o Essence Stay All Day, Paese Long Cover Fluid lub właśnie Catrice. Miałaś może Essence lub Paese?

  3. @ Idalia
